Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu & Ninjutsu
The Bujinkan Dojo Nottingham
was founded in 2003 by Shihan Ilja Hoffmann - 15.Dan, as a part of the Martial Art School. The
martial arts practised by us are known as Budo Taijutsu and incorporate the teachings of nine
different Ninja (Ninjutsu) and Samurai (Ju-Jutsu) schools, which can be found listed below.

Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu composes of armed and unarmed fighting methods, which are
practised in their traditional form as well as in modern self-defence applications.
During your training, you will be taught how to roll, punch, kick and throw correctly,
how to fight on the ground as well as how to apply pressure points, wrist locks, arm
bars and other techniques.
Further, you will also be shown how to handle some of the traditional weapons such as
Swords (Tachi, Katana, Wakazashi), Staffs (Bo, Jo, Hanbo), Nawa (Rope), Naginata (Glaive),
Shuriken (Throwing Stars) and more.
Training: Wednesdays - 7pm till 8.30pm
Min. Age: The Minimum Age for this Class is 16yrs.
