Sports & Holistic Therapy
Besides Martial Arts, Self-Defence and Fitness, we also offer a variety of additional
features such as Sports Therapy and Sportsmassage. The treatments are provided in a
professional environment and appointments are available to members of the school as well
as to the public.

Back Neck Shoulder Massage: Your first session will
take up to approx. 1 hour, as a full consultation will be included at this time.
Additonal sessions take approx. 40min.
Treatment Charges: First session £25 - Additional sessions £20
Full Body Massage: Your first session will take up
to approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes, as a full consultation will be included at this
time. Additional sessions take approx. 1 hour.
